Sundance Hills Swim Team is a fun summer swim team that participates in the Rocky Mountain Swim League (RMSL). RMSL was established to provide an opportunity for young people to develop swimming skills and gain a positive recreational swimming experience through competition. The league is comprised of twenty neighborhood teams who compete in meets across all divisions.

Sundance is a great team for both beginner and competitive swimmers. The focus is on individual swimmer goals. Whether the goal is to get exercise, learn to swim across the pool, make new friends, or make it to championships, Sundance Sailfish welcomes you. It is a neighborhood team for all skill levels where personal bests are greatly celebrated!

Sundance is considered an "open" team in the league, which means that any family that joins the Sundance pool, whether in district or out of district, is eligible to join the swim team.
