Coaches are available for private lessons at the rate of $35/half hour and swimmers. Contact a coach directly to set up lessons.

The one-on-one attention a swimmer receives in a private lesson cannot be replicated in any other setting. Having the coach in the water with you, focusing solely on the individual's technique is the best way for swimmers to improve their skills.

Stroke Clinics are extra practice opportunities for small groups of swimmers. Each clinic focuses on a specific element of racing (e.g., starts, turns) or stroke. This sort of focus allows swimmers to build confidence and work towards improvement where they need it most.

Schedules and sign-ups for clinics are sent out via team emails. The cost is typically $5 per clinic.
