End of Season Sailfish Banquet | Saturday, July 13, 2024, 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm.

Celebrate an ENDLESS SUMMER at our annual end-of-season banquet. We'll be offering a buffet dinner catered by Cafe Rio and dessert. Dinner, awards, dancing and fun for our Sailfish and all their families! Purchase your tickets by Sunday, July 7. *** THAT’S TOMORROW, FOLKS. GET YOUR TICKETS NOW.*** (Go to our website and login. Our menu is allergen-friendly. We'll have GF and vegan options as well. If you have additional food allergy concerns, please contact Colleen Kaufman with any questions.

A note on attire...many guests, including our coaches, enjoy dressing up in "Resort Casual" for this party. Swimming is optional for this event but most of the kids will want to swim at some point (and some parents, too), so bring or wear your swimsuit if you’d like. Lifeguards will be present and the Baby Pool will be open!

Meal Tickets: $20 Adults & Children (Ages 13+) $15 Children (Ages 3-12).

END-OF SEASON COACHES GIFTS

At the end of each season, we collect cash gifts for our coaches. We’ll distribute them at our end-of-season banquet. If you would like to contribute, you can contribute on our website. (Go to the website, log in, and choose “Online Store.” You will see the Coaches’ Gifts available there. Please note that you can select more than one denomination and more than one of any listed denomination to add up to the total amount you want to contribute.) These gifts, though totally optional, are greatly appreciated by our hard-working coaches and volunteer coaches.

SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS FOR THE END-OF-SEASON VIDEO

Did you capture amazing photos of your swimmer and their Sailfish friends this season? Submit them for potential inclusion in the end of season video that will be shared at the banquet!

Please keep in mind horizontal images are preferred to fit within the movie screen. We will try to include as many photos as possible along with all the video footage we’ve been capturing throughout the season.

PRELIM PASTA PARTIES CANCELLED

With Prelims falling so close to 4th of July celebrations and travel or long days at the Sundance pool over the weekend, we felt it may be too ambitious to ask more of our amazing families by participating in more parties at the pool this week. We're going to spend the off season thinking of fun ways to hype up our prelims swimmers and continue to team build during this exciting week for our kids.   

That said…. If you want to show up to the pool the evening before your swimmers head to prelims, you are more than welcome to do so on your own. And if you happen to bring pasta, more power to you. Just be sure to bring some by my house too — just down the street from the pool. 😊
