    (The good news is, you may finally get to ski this year — over Memorial Day Weekend!)

    Here’s your Sailfish SCOOP for this Sunday, May 17:

    PRACTICE SCHEDULE

    If you missed Andrea & Colleen’s email earlier today, please note that we’ve made a few changes to our practice schedule this week because of the weather we’re expecting.

    • Monday 5/18 - CANCELED
    • Tuesday 5/19 - Practice as Planned; be prepared for Dry Land Practice
    • Wednesday 5/20 - Practice as Planned; be prepared for Dry Land Practice
    • Thursday 5/21 - NO PRACTICE; private event at the pool
    • Friday 5/22 - NO PRACTICE; season opening for pool, come and play!
    Starting on Tuesday, May, 26, we will begin our usual summer practice schedule.

    DON’T FORGET TO SIGN UP TO BE A BIG FISH / LITTLE FISH

    If you haven't had a chance yet, don't miss signing up for our Big Fish/Little Fish program this summer! 

    Here's a quick summary in case you need a refresh: 

    • This fun and optional buddy program is open to all competing swimmers (6 and under group and older, no mudskippers).
    • Big Fish are 10 and older, Little Fish are 6-9. 
    • No gifts, the focus is on encouragement, teamwork and team spirit! 
    • Big Fish, it’s your chance to shine! You’ll be a mentor, cheerleader, and role model! 
    • Assignments will be made by May 26th, and you’ll get an email letting you know who you are paired with! 
    • Once you’re signed up, keep an eye out for fun ideas for how to participate in the weekly newsletter!

    SUNDANCE BIG KIDS

    Calling All Big Kids!

    The Big Kids program is back and we have a ton of fun events planned. If you have a Sailfish swimmer that is a rising 7th grader or older, please take the following steps:

    1. Check out our Big Kids page! This will be updated as we add events throughout the year.
    2. Fill out this Google form to sign up! This will ensure that both you and your Big Kids have a finger on the pulse of all things Big Kids this year.
    3. Talk up the Big Kids program with your kids. We know they'll have a great time hanging with their friends outside the pool and we want to get them excited about it!
    4. Subscribe the Big Kids calendar to stay in the loop on dates.
