Registration Form 2026
This registration form allows registrations for the 2026 season.
IMPORTANT: In order to register for the swim team, you must agree to join the Sundance Hills Pool and Tennis Club. You can do so on the Metro District website after April 1, 2026:

Your swim team registration will not be fully complete until you have joined the pool.
